I cannot adjust the heat curve up or down on my NWPM network card on my heat pump as "Adobe Flash player is no longer supported". How do I resolve this?

Applicable to models:  NWPM network card

Issue:  Heat curve temperature slider control is missing on the NWPM network card web page interface, as Adobe Flash player is no longer supported by current web browsers. This is the message seen:

What this means:  The NWPM network card web page used a Abobe Flash for the slider control to adjust the heating curve up or down. Now that Adobe Flash player is no longer supported by web browsers, the NWPM card requires an update.

Action: See https://dimplex.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DW/pages/2900557825/NWPM+EN#6.1-Parallel-shift-with-Adobe-Flash-Player which shows how to update the NWPM card with latest plugin. This will allow the slider to work correctly like this:

Note, the correct plugin must be selected, depending on heat pump software. Check the current version by clicking on "Operating Data" on the web page:

If the software says H, then you need to select H13 software from the wiki site, but you can only use this on an NWPM card with at least A1.5.0 Firmware. If you are running H software and are in any doubt about the version of your NWPM card, contact us by raising a support ticket for further assistance.

Otherwise if you are running J or L version software, select the V16 plugin:

If you have followed this and the Wiki article and still have issues and are in the UK, please raise a ticket here and we will assist further.
