How can I remote control my System-S heat pump via the Internet?

Providing the System-S has an "NWPM-Touch" Ethernet network card installed within the indoor heat pump control box, this can be done. First the "NWPM-Touch" card needs to be installed into the "BMS card" slot of the indoor controller by your installer or competent person. The heat pump must be completely powered off and safely isolated from the mains before installing this card:

Once the Network card is installed, a CAT5e or CAT6 Ethernet cable needs to be run from the network card back to your internet router.

Next, you will need to download the Dimplex Control App.
