This is set on the screen of the heat pump. Hold Menu +Enter together, scroll down to “Network” and press enter.
If that is not the issue, please physically check the cable connection between the BMS and the LWPM410 Modbus card. There are three wires, +, - & Ground. On each Modbus device on the network they must be connected correctly and no short circuits between the wires on the terminal blocks.
