I am unable to log into the Dimplex App and my email is now not recognised. How do I resolve?

Upon signing up to the App, your phone number may of been used and this could be the cause of the issue you are experiencing. 

If you follow the following steps, you should be able to log back in to your account:
- Open the app
- Tap on Sign Up / Sign In
- Enter your mobile phone number in the textbox and tap "Continue"
- Select the country code as United Kingdom +44 if prompted
- Select Continue
- A verification code will be sent as a text message - enter this code and tap continue
- You then should be logged in
