Quantum Series G6 to G8 and Series Y+ Z require a visit from a service engineer to enable communication to British Gas Dimplex Quantum Tariff.
To arrange a service engineer to upgrade your product please submit a ticket to our customer support team. When raising a ticket please include all models you're looking to upgrade ie QM100RF, the series ie G7 and all other information required on the ticket.
Dependent on the number of products you're looking to upgrade depends on the cost associated to this.
You must have internet connection for the tariff link heaters to the hub.
Note: Series A, B, C, D, E, F, G, or G5 heaters cannot be modified and will not work with the new tariff.
