Adaptive Start is where the heater begins heating the room a few minutes before the set times in the timer. This may be beneficial in a bedroom, where you want the room to be at 21C between 06:00 and 06:30 when you get out of bed. The heater then learns how many minutes it will take to get to 21C based on the current room temperature and start warming the room before 06:00 in time for that 06:00 start.
To enable or disable this, it is altered by pressing MENU – Settings – Adaptive – Adaptive Start – Disable/Enable.
Adaptive start also indicated as enabled when circular arrow symbol is displayed.
