Issue:
Buzzing noise.
All bars flashing on the user control and no heat.
No heat- supply checked and ok.
What this means: Charge controller has failed 87389B
Action:Despite our best endeavours we are unable to source 87389B charge controller for the DUON. This is due to worldwide shortages of components which are beyond our control, and we have exhausted the options available to us.
Whilst we try and maintain spare parts for installed products in this instance we've been unable to do so.
We try and maintain the stock of functional spares for a considerable time following the product ceasing to be manufactured. Unfortunately we were unable to do this for this for 87389B component and would recommend XLE or Quantum as replacement, please see our website for product specifications.
