Issue:  Heater displaying error code 06, error code 12 or flashing red.

What this means:  User interface is getting too warm.

Action: The main reason is due to the heater being covered or obstructed (i.e furniture in front of the product, curtains blocking air outlet) in any way.

  • Remove any covering or obstruction
  • Make sure the clearances around the heater are observed (see image).
  • Clothes must not be dried on the heater; decorative radiator covers cannot be used.
  • Power the heater off then on again to attempt to clear the error.

If this is happening to a recently installed heater the installer should be called back to check the installation and ensure the heater is installed as per manufactures instructions.
