The LCD screen on the heater has detected it has got too hot. Please ensure the heater is not covered up or obstructed in any way. See image for clearance required around the heater. Clothing must never be placed on the heater. Decorative radiator covers are not permitted to be used with Quantum.
Power off the heater for a couple of hours and ensure no obstructions to the heater then power on the heater again. If the problem persists and the heater has not been covered, then the heater will need a service call to establish the cause.
