I have purchased a replacement grill for my Quantum (Series A-G) but the grill doesn't fit. What do I do?

Applicable to models: 
Dimplex Quantum QM050 QM070 QM100 QM125 QM150 Series A-G
Creda Quantum CQH070 CQH100 CQH125 CQH150 Series A-H
Heatstore Quantum HSDQ050 HSDQ070 HSDQ100 HSDQ125 HSDQ150 Series A-G

And the following part numbers ordered:

X-01/81792/0 = Size 050 grill 

X-01/81793/0 = Size 070 grill 

X-01/81794/0 = Size 100 grill 

X-01/81795/0 = Size 125 & 150 grill

Issue:  Replacement bottom grill ordered but does not fit the heater. 

Action: See attached bulletin which shows how to fit the new style aluminium grill.
