No, this appliance must be hard wired to fixed wiring of the premises in accordance with manufactures instructions and a means of disconnection must be incorporated in the fixed wiring in accordance with the wiring rules.
The supply circuit to the heater must incorporate a double pole isolating switch having a contact separation of at least 3mm. The use of 3 pin 13A plug tops is not permitted.
