Can the heaters be controlled via the Dimplex Control app whilst the heaters themselves are in a locked state?

Heater functionality will depend on the type of lock that has been applied.

Child Lock

This will lock access to the controls on the heater themselves, however, full access is still available via the Dimplex control app. 

PIN Lock / Landlord Lock / School Lock

This lock will only allow access to the features as set on the Lock settings directly at the heater. However, it will not allow access to the controls via the app until the Lock is disabled
