Block S8 / Delay Operating Mode switching block, means the heat pump is blocked from running briefly, as it is switching operating mode. This is typically if a heat pump is going between cooling and performing hot water heating. As there is a rapid change in temperature, the heat pump has to wait until the temperature of the water coming from the heat pump has reached a suitable temperature, then it will start the compressor to complete the task.
This is not a fault - it is just information explaining that the compressor switch on is delayed slightly.
