My Simply Silent fan is noisy, how do I resolve?

Modified on Tue, 8 Aug, 2023 at 11:19 AM

Issue:

Fan is noisy when running.

What does this mean:

Fan noise is not always a sign of an issue, can be the result of a number of external factors. For example; method of installation, wall materials, duct type and runs and lack of furnishings within the room, can all amplify the sound of the product.

All our fans will make some sound due to the motor and general air flow.

Action

In guarantee- Installer to check installation including ductwork (if applicable). Once this have been checked and in line with the Manufacturing Instructions, see the link below with a copy of your proof of purchase and a video/audio clip of sound.
