What do I need before connecting my product to Capa Connect?

To use the Capa Connect App, make sure you have the following: 

• A compatible product (check the compatibility page for a list of supported models),

• A Wi-Fi connection (2.4GHz), an Android or Apple smartphone, the Capa Connect app, and a Capa Connect account.


For commercial WiFi environments, the heaters require WPA2-PSK and will need to access HTTPS on port 4433, MQTT on port 8883 and SNTP on port 123 to our cloud services. The IP addresses for each heater is allocated via DHCP.
