Applicable to models: LA6MI, LA9MI, LA12MI, LA16MI
Issue: Error code H95 shown on the display. No heat, compressor is stopped.
What this means: H95 means there is an issue of the supply voltage to the Fridge PCB.
Action: Engineer will need to investigate by following the flow diagram below.
Heat pump must be safely isolated from mains supply before carrying out any work! Where mains voltages are being measured, this should only be carried out by suitably qualified personel.
Malfunction Decision Conditions:
The supply power is detected for its requirement by the indoor/outdoor transmission.
Malfunction Caused:
1 Insufficient power supply.
2 Faulty outdoor unit PCB (noise filter/main).
In the UK, the mains supply must be 230V nominal -6%/+10% (216-253V). If the main supply is outside of this range at the consumer unit, then this needs to be taken up with the Distribution System Operator.
