Applicable to models: Dimplex Hub, Dimplex Control App
The rechargeable battery maintains the hub operation during small power outages and stability with poor mains power sources. When power is restored, the Dimplex Hub will be able to reconnect to the cloud server quicker.
The battery does not need to be installed into the Dimplex Hub if it is not required, as the Hub will still function when mains power is on.
