I cannot access my Nobo Ecohub when I am away from home (ie using 4G/5G internet) but remote access does work when I use Wi-Fi at work or in a café etc.

If you're using the EE mobile network you will not be able to access your Nobo Ecohub. We do not have a solution for this issue.
