My DAR heater has a blank screen, how do I resolve this?

Applicable to models:  DAR050, DAR075, DAR100, DAR150, DAR200

 

Issue:  Blank User Interface 

 

What this means: No power to the user screen  

 

Action

In guarantee: Check to ensure there is power confirmed to the heater, also ensuring the on/off switch located at the back of the heater is in 'on' position. 

Once, this has been checked and confirmed, service visit required see below additional help link 


Out of Guarantee: If the supply and on/off switch has been checked, a replacement control module will be required. The part number differs between heater sizes:

DAR050 - 500005288 

DAR075 - 500005289 

DAR100 - 500005310 

DAR150 - 500005311 

DAR200 - 500005312
