How do I move heaters between zones on the Capa Connect App?

Below is a step-by-step guide for moving a product from one zone to another. Alternatively, if you would prefer to follow a video demonstration of the same topic, please click on this link



1.    Open the Capa Connect App.

2.    Select the zone that currently contains the product you wish to move.

3.    Select the "Settings" icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

4.    Choose the option "Move Products".

5.    The app will show you a list of products in this zone. Select the product you wish to move.

6.    The app will then display a list of zones that you can move this product to. If you have not created the zone you wish to place the product in, you can create it by selecting the "Create New" option.

7.    If you are moving the only product from the old zone, the app will ask if you wish to delete the old zone.

8.    Press the back button to return to the home screen.
