Error code 003 is likely due to software issue.
Remedy:
If heater is in guarantee, please raise an service visit request with QMKIT2.
DO NOT SEND JUST THE CHARGE CONTROLLER AS REQUIRES COMPLETE QMKIT2.
In guarantee please submit a ticket.
If out of warranty, contact nearest service agent to attend see additional help link for list of service agents below.
