Quantum red screen flashing or showing safe mode is likely due to the the screen is overheating. Firstly need to ensure User interface is not covered or obstructed.
If recently installed need to get installer back to check the following
- The elements are pushed leftward minimising heated tails protruding into chamber where PCB lives.
- Check all screws are in place for the inside core cover, that the inner core cover is installed correctly, that the insulation is all present and correct in top right hand corner.
Remedy :
Once Installer confirmed installation as per manufactures instructions and if issue still persists raise a service visit request.
