This means the fan air duct temperature sensor is misreading.
If heater is in guarantee, raise a service visit request.
Take Part 11863 & QMKIT1 as it could be the Duct air Temperature sensor or the Charge Controller at fault.
DO NOT SEND JUST THE CHARGE CONTROLLER AS MOST AGENTS CANNOT CHANGE SOFTWARE, SO QMKIT1 SHOULD BE SENT.
If out of guarantee, quote for an out of warranty repair.
