A slight buzz is normal - many mains appliances operating at 230v 50hz may have a buzzing noise associated with them.
Buzzing noises may occur from the electronic components or elements and is normal. If the noise is excessive and install as per manufactures instructions which needs to be confirmed by the installer then a service visit may be required.
