I’ve installed an FX downflow heater but it doesn’t work, why is this?

The product MUST be commissioned correctly via the ConfigR App before it will work. If this has been done and there is power to the product, then there may be an issue with the product.


Also product MUST have cover fitted before testing otherwise insufficient airflow will occur resulting in the thermal fuse on the element blowing. This damage is not cover under the manufactures guarantee.

FX20VEW, FX20WIPX4
