I have an Everdri XEL: Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) Unit. Would I be able to replace this G4 filter with an F7 filter?

No. We, the manufacturer, can only recommend the G4 filter as this is what our factory has tested and approved for use with the unit.

Any other filter fitted including the F7 to the product will void any guarantee.
