Error code "FAULT 00 SAFE MODE" showing on my Quantum heater. What is this?

This is a software error and will require an engineer visit to update software. 


Please raise a ticket with all product details model, series information plus proof of purchase. Once ticket has been received customer services team will be in contact to advise on next steps.

 

Applicable to models: 

QM050RF QM070RF QM100RF QM125RF QM150RF

Series G5, G6, G7, G8, G9, G10, G11, G12, Y, Z
