Quantum QM QMRF Has a blank screen. What is the issue?

 Applicable to models:  QM050 QM070 QM100 QM125 QM150 QM050RF QM070RF QM100RF QM125RF QM150RF 

 

Issue:  User interface/ display screen is blank. No text displayed.

  

Action:  

You should check the following items and if they are not correct you should contact your installer prior to raising a ticket for a service call.

 

      • Have the trips/breakers in your consumer unit switched off?  (switch back on if they have)
      • Check that the switches controlling the supplies to your product are on:
        • There should be a switch (unfused) for the off peak supply on a dual supply install
        • The supplies must not be on a 3 pin plug
      • Are the supply cables different sizes, off peak supply should be on a 2.5mm2 cable
      • Have you registered your product?

If confirmed supply OK, a service visit may be required- See link below.
Engineer to take Charge Controller and User Interface (parts will depend on Series of heater).
