No – the immersion element on the Edel must be left connected to the Edel electronics.
There is no facility to remote control the Edel immersion element via a PV Optimiser that varies the voltage to the element.
Attempting to connect one would mean voiding the product warranty and may cause the cylinder to misbehave as it needs control of the immersion on occasion to complete a heating cycle.
