Power outage
The ECOTi has a memory backup of 3-4 days via a supercapacitor, which stores the previous operation settings.
Following a complete loss of power to the product and depending on the last mode it was operating in, the following controller behaviour would be expected when power returns:
MANUAL ON
The product returns to MANUAL ON at the temperature that was previously set.
MANUAL OFF
The product will remain in MANUAL OFF.
AUTO
The controller will ask for the time to be set for 20 seconds, if not set the product will go to MANUAL ON at 10°C. Upon activating the screen again, or if switching to this mode after a power outage, the product will ask for the clock to be set before giving heat again.
Standby
The product will return to Standby
