The condensate spigot is not available as a spare as it is part of the molded base upon which the heat pump components are fixed to.
If this is damaged upon delivery, then this need to be reported immediately to the point of purchase and the product left uninstalled.
The condensate tee (see below), that connects to the spigot, is available as a spare using part number B1759121
